Emma Poole is an ESG Associate at BGH Capital. Prior to joining BGH Capital, Emma was a Senior Consultant within EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Service team for three years. While at EY, Emma delivered a range of sustainability strategy advisory and assurance services for a wide range of clients across ASX100 corporates, the public sector and the not-for-profit sector. Projects including climate change services, sustainability advisory and assurance, and outcomes (impact) measurement and valuation. Emma also managed EY Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan and associated national Working Group.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne and has completed a Sustainable Finance online short course with the University of Cambridge.
