Ellen Rattray is Legal Counsel at BGH Capital. She has over six years’ corporate legal experience with a focus on public and private M&A transactions across a range of industries, including negotiated acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructures and equity capital market transactions. Ellen also has experience in providing general corporate and commercial advice.

Prior to joining BGH Capital, Ellen was a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
